Under no circumstances can entries be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase. The booking fee is non-refundable.
Registration and start times will be confirmed in the official event instructions sent prior to the Challenge.
No unauthorised support craft, motorised assistance, personal generators or amplified sound systems are permitted at any point along the route or event areas.
Event Amendments
SailingFast Ltd reserves the right to alter, postpone, curtail, or cancel the event in the interest of safety, including due to adverse weather or conditions on the water.
SailingFast Ltd reserves the right to amend schedules, checkpoints, or support provisions if necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Items Not Permitted
No pets are permitted unless they are trained assistance animals.
No glass is allowed in any event area or carried in boats.
No alcohol or uncontrolled substances may be brought into event areas or onto the water.
Anyone found in possession of controlled substances will be reported to Police Scotland.
SailingFast Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Photography & Media
By attending or participating, entrants consent to photography, video and audio recording for event documentation and promotional use by SailingFast Ltd and authorised partners.
Weather & Conditions
Water and wind conditions may vary. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable equipment and clothing for the conditions. Caution must be taken when moving around launch, portage and finish areas in poor weather.
Refunds & Changes
In the event of postponement, all entries will automatically transfer to the new date.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued by the ticket provider. Please contact [email protected] with any queries.
Where entries were purchased directly via the Great Glen Paddle Challenge website, refunds (where applicable) will begin processing in the week following the scheduled event date.
